CHLORINE, EQUIPMENT, PARTS SHORTAGE

Yes, the shortage of equipment and parts is ongoing. Yes, supply chain, raw material, manufacturing, labor and shipping disruptions are causing shortages of whole goods, parts and chemicals.  We currently have a good supply of chemicals and D.E. in stock.  However, our cost on a bucket of 25lb 3" tabs has gone up over 150% from March 2021 to most recent delivery.

We are working with our suppliers and vendors to obtain product and lock in pricing for the start of the 2022 season.  Vendors and manufacturers have have announced price increases from 5% to over 75% with more on the way.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Please co-operate and buy only what you need.  Working together there will be enough for everyone!

We ask for patience and understanding as the material and labor shortages may impact services.

Safety is our top priority for our customers, employees and community.  We are doing our best to provide the customer service you are accustomed to from Raines Pool Service while complying with ever changing mandates.

STORE: - Private and curbside appointments available.  Please do not enter the store if you have Covid, Covid symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with Covid.  We ask you limit the number of people in your party.

Covid and Swimming pool/spa usage.  The CDC reports there is no evidence Covid can be spread to humans using pools and hut tubs.  Proper operation, maintenance and sanitation of pools and hot tubs should be removed or inactivate the virus that causes Covid.  Please be sure to maintain proper sanitation levels.  More information available on CDC webstie.

Covid has changed all our lives forever.  Covid has touched everyone and some tragically and for those that have experienced personal loss, we extend our condolences.  Thank you to the health care workers and those working to contain, treat and get rid of Covid.
